1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in written via regular mail or by using our customer support tool.
2. In addition, a cancellation form must be completed for the cancellation process to be considered complete.
3. Cancellation requests without a complete cancellation form will not be reviewed until the form is submitted too.
4. Cancellation via informal email or over the phone will not be accepted.
5. We cannot refund you twice for the same service - i.e. if we have refunded you once and you request the same service again, you will not be refunded a second time for the same service.
